CAPI keyboard accelerators in modal dialogs

Hello folks,

Is there any way to make keyboard shortcuts work in modal dialogs? For  
example in the Preferences window, I would like to switch between tabs by  
means of keyboard (e.g. Control+PageUp/PageDown).
