App "is damaged and can't be opened" on OS X 10.13.6

I’ve got an application that's freshly “delivered” using 32-bit LispWorks Professional 7.1.2. It runs fine on my laptop (where it’s built) with Mac OS X 10.13.6 but gets the “damaged and can’t be opened” message on two iMacs running the same version of OS X.

In each case the Security preference is set to “App store and identified developers.”

Help, anyone?
