LIST-PANEL bug?

On Mac OS X Sierra (and earlier) when I run this code:

(capi:contain (make-instance 'capi:list-panel
                             :items (loop for i below 24 collect (format nil "~R" i))))

and drag the CONTAINER window so its bottom is at the bottom of my screen, double-clicking on an item within a line or two of the bottom of the visible list items causes it to scroll to the wrong item.

As employees using my time clock program have discovered, this is a highly reproducible problem.
