FLI DLL output

I'm accessing a radio device API on Windows 10 via Lispworks-7.0.0 
32-bit. The API is written in C and has a function to enable debug 
output. I have seen online some examples of this output but not on my 
setup. The question is: where would such output go?  *debug-io*, 
*terminal-io*, *standard-output*, somewhere else??

Anyone?
