fli:register-module & dll dependencies

Well...

I found a temporary solution which is to manually modify the PATH 
environment variable of LispWorks at runtime.

I simply add the location of the bin folder to (lispworks:environment-
variable "PATH").

If anyone has a better solution, feel free to contact me :)

Did you try putting all of the DLLs in the same directory as the main
executable?  That is a common way to make it work.
