How to add Edit menu on Cocoa

Hi all,

In the manual section "8.11 The Edit menu on Cocoa" stated what in order
to get normal OSX commands (Command+V/C/X) to work in the app one must
include Edit command explicitly in one's interface definition.

Any examples how to do this? Anything else from normal functionality is
missing in the deliveried application?
