Delivering a tray application on Windows - any tips?

Hi, 

I would like to ask would somebody have experience with delivering a so
called tray application on Windows using LispWorks? 

A tray application here basically means that by default the application
should not be "visible" in the taskbar but only in the tray (typically
located in the right bottom corner). It should probably also have some kind
of a "right-click" menu containing some items. Only if the user opens the
application explicitly it should open its application window.
