save-image on Windows 8.1

Hello,

I can't seem to be able to use save-image on Windows 8.1, using LispWorks 6.1 32 bits. 

The build script is the most simple of all, as demonstrated in the documentation to make a console only version of LispWorks. 

Since upgrading I also experienced a weird behavior where a file saved in C:\ from the LispWorks editor would not be visible from the Explorer (but still visible from LispWorks using ctrl-X ctrl-F).  Saving somewhere with explicit directory ownership seemed to work (ie I can see the created file in the Explorer).

It seems there are some weird security features occurring...

Can someone please confirm this?
