Metafiles

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to create an internal metafile and then get it's data? I would like to generate a PDF/EMF and stream it to a server without creating an intermediate file.

(There is not much documentation on the metafile class, and it's hard to tell if there is any relation between with-internal-metafile and with-external-metafile. I tried to take the macros apart, but the function calls are all to undocumented internal CAPI functions.)
