MacOS X 10.6.8 + LW Personal An unknown installation error occurred.
One of my students in my Northwestern Lisp class got > > An unknown installation error occurred. > The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to > fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance. > when installing Lispworks 6.1 Personal on MacOS X 10.6.8 (the same version I have). I've had many students install LW before and haven't see this error. The Console logs don't seem to give much more useful info, just what's b elow.
