disabling the "X" close button

Hi, 

I would like to disable the "X" close button located in the right hand
topmost part of almost every window (e.g. in MS Windows). Would somebody
know how to do with LispWorks? For instance, there doesn't seem to be a
suitable keyword available in capi:define-interface?
