LispWorks / Quicktime

Hello,

I'm trying to use Quicktime with Lisworks, in order to convert a midi  
file to an audio file. QuickTime easily does it, but I'd like to  
automatize this task. Does somebody know how I can do that ?
I work on Mac Os 10.5.
