"Select Window" bug?

Hi LWW users,

I frequently use CTRL+TAB to open "Select Window" to cycle through open
windows.  In LWW 5.1.2 window names are like this:

LispWorks 5.1.2
Listener 1
Editor 1 - this-file.lisp
Editor 2 - that-file.lisp


But in LWW 6.0.0 I no longer see the filename associated with Editor windows:

LispWorks 6.0.0
Listener 1
Editor 1
Editor 2


I couldn't spot anything in Preferences to account for this, so perhaps
this is an "oops" in LW?

.... and having just posted that, I notice the following behaviour.

If I open a blank Editor window and drag/drop a file into that window,
the filename will appear in the "Select Window" list.

However, if a file is opened from the File->Open menu item (or the
"Open File" toolbar button) the filename does not appear in the "Select Window" list.

Reckon this is a bug.
