Truncated Image name

Hi there,

A delivered image of mine is calling LW:LISP-IMAGE-NAME and seems to be
returning a (DOS style) truncated string.  So where I'd hope to see
something like: "C:\\Documents and Settings\\BMC\\Local
Settings\\Temp\\delivered-image.exe" I am getting:
"C:\\DOCUME~1\\BMC\\LOCALS~1\\Temp\\delivered-image.exe".

My purpose has been to PATHNAME-MATCH-P that against a wild pathname (to
stop people trying to run the program from other locations).

Any pointers apppreciated, thanks.
