Motif on LWL

Hi,

I've been trying to customize the look of LWL and while it has gone  
relatively well so far I've also managed to stumble into some stuff  
that I cannot figure out by myself.

(1) I seem to be missing some of the widget names. For example I just  
discovered (through the inspector) a "column-layout-scroller-vertical- 
scroll-bar" that I'm quite sure escapes the customization of  
XmScrollBar. Is there somewhere a complete list of the LW widget names?

(2) Has anybody tried LWL under motif 2.3.x.x? Would antialiased fonts  
(xft) work just by defining the "Render Table" resource?

(3) Is there a way to make the LWL file dialog not automatically  
resizing? :)
