Output to Listener

Hi all,

I'd best ask first, before losing myself in the documentation.

While in the Editor I can highlight a form, click the
"Evaluate Definition" toolbar button, then select the "Output" tab of the
Editor to view the result of the evaluation.

How can I have that output redirected, or displayed in the Listener window instead, so
that I never need to leave the Editor's "Text" pane?

Please note however, this is a case where I actually *want* to use
the mouse and take advantage of the toolbar button mentioned above.

Thanks,
Brian C.

p.s. Perhaps the undocumented EDITOR:REDIRECT-WINDOW-OUTPUT is involved?

Re: Output to Listener

I don't know the answer to your specific question, but if all you want to accomplish is to see the output without manually switching, then hit WORKS >> TOOLS >> OUTPUT BROWSER and keep an output-only window open. (It is also the blue toolbar button that looks like the logo for The Source).
