5.1 LWW delivery

I just delivered a project to an .exe, using a script that I used (months) 
before for the same project.  This might be the first time I've delivered 
this project with 5.1.

When I start the app, I get a DOS box with screenfulls of comments in it 
containing things like ";; typedef ..." and ";; IOLE... ".

Why am I getting this DOS box?  Can I prevent it from opening?
