Advice on Installers

I was curious what packaging/installer program most people are using for 
distribution of your programs in a Windows environment?

Are most of you creating your own installer or using something like Inno, or 
Ghost?

I've been using Inno Setup and I've been quite happy with it.

I've been using Inno Setup for a couple of years too, and I'm also
very happy with it.
