How to make grid-layout with locked row

Is there a straightforward way to lock the first row of a grid-layout so 
that it doesn't scroll vertically with the rest of the grid?

Maybe by combining a row-layout of the header row with the grid-layout. 
  But how to keep the columns aligned?
