Tools in packages

Hi,

Maybe this is a silly question, but: How can the tools in LispWorks,  
like for example the stepper, be "put" in a different package? In the  
listener, you can just issue an in-package, and everything you type  
afterwards is done in that package (trivial). However, I haven't found  
a way to convince the stepper to accept forms in a different package.  
I'm a bit puzzled by that.

What am I missing?
