I think this is the way they are supposed to work. If you check some of the snapshot in http://bioinformatics.nyu.edu/ Projects/GOALIE you will see some cl-plot objects embedded in graph nodes. The machinery is pretty much the same. BTW. Dear Lispwors folks. If you documented the graphing stuff in CAPI, (1) people would not have to reinvent many of the wheels that are already in place, (2) people could fix the selecting/highlighting problem with lines and arcs and (3) people would be able to write a decent DAG layout function. :) The 'contrib' section would improve and increase.
