Changing default browser

On chaning default browser the help system failed to work.

I am using a Windows XP system. I installed a new version of Opera and set  
it to default browser. The help system of LispWorks aborted with error 31.  
I am running a user in restricted mode. Changing the browser backto  
explorer in restricted mode didn't work, but setting it in admin mode did.  
Looking at the disassembly of the function involved (don't remember which  
now) seemed to indicate it handled alternate browsers, but clearly it  
doesen't work.
