Drag'n'Drop on Windows?

Hi,

Can anybody give me a hint how I could implement a minimal drag'n'drop with
CAPI/Windows?

It would be sufficient if I could handle a file dragged from explorer to a
pinboard layout.

Any hint appreciated :)
