Does anyone but me need the subject to be able to optimize their  
Lispworks code?

I find this ACL feature indispensable and far more effective than  
reading through the assembler dumps to figure out what the compiler  
is doing.

I don't know how the LW compiler is built but it does not seem like  
too much work to print out optimizer steps and statistics. What do  
you folks think?

Dave, Martin, how hard would it be to build this into LW? How many  
incidents?
