Problems Printing from the LW IDE on OS X

In Lispworks 5, running on OS X Tiger, I have problems printing
source code from the editor. If the text I'm printing fits on a
single page, there are no problems. If I try to print code that
needs multiple pages, I get one page full of text and then a number
of blank pages. This happens regardless of whether I'm sending the
output directly to the printer or saving it as a PDF. Can anyone
else reproduce this?

Thanks,
Bill

Yes! I can reproduce it!

(But this is the first time I've tried to transfer source code to
flattened trees in more than 10 years, I think :) Or, to be honest,
I cheated and only tried PDF printing)

Yes, one printed page followed by 10 blank pages in my test. LWM
5.0.0 on an intel iMac.
