COMM:START-UP-SERVER and :BACKLOG

COMM:START-UP-SERVER on Linux and Windows accepts a keyword argument
BACKLOG which is not documented.  It looks as if it corresponds to the
second argument of listen(2).  Is this the case?  Is this argument
supported on all platforms?
