Two questions about LWM

Hi

I have two questions about LWM 4.3.

(1) The class CAPI:LIST-VIEW is undefined (although the relevant gfs 
seem to be there)
(2) TREE-VIEW panels don't get scroll bars when the tree gets expanded 
beyond the size of the panel

Are these bugs?
