Announcement: FLEXI-STREAMS

Hi!

I've needed something like this to be able to cope with WBXML data so
I wrote a library that layers a Gray stream atop a binary/bivalent
stream so you can change external formats on the fly.  Maybe someone
else also thinks it's useful:
