CAPI scroll

Hi,

When using a off-screen mechanism, it¹s unnecessary to clear a rectangle on
the visible pane before redraw it, because the pixmap image replaces the
previous view.
But when using the CAPI scroll facilities, a clip rectangle is cleared
anyway when scrolling and the flickering result could be very unpleasant in
some case. This erasure process appears BEFORE the display-callback itself
so it seems difficult to avoid it.

Is it a solution to this problem ?
