CAPI image-pinboard-object

Is it possible to have the title of an image-pinboard-object move with
that object when it is dragged within a pinboard-layout?

Simply updating the position of the image-pinboard-object doesn't seem
to update the position of its title, although it is possible to select
and drag the title separately.
