Right click in TEXT-INPUT-PANE

As TEXT-INPUT-PANE is not a subclass of OUTPUT-PANE I guess there's no
way to get at its "input model" in such a way that I can trigger some
action when the user right clicks the text area.  Or is there one?
FWIW, a Win32-only hack would be OK.
