Error: Method signature address X was not aligned.

I'm getting an error in a delivered application (delivered at level 0) using LWM 4.4.5 on OS X 10.4.

The exact error message is this:

"Error: Method signature address 3138976624 was not aligned."

The problem occurs after calling show-interface on a window that was previously hidden.  I'm having a very hard time debugging this as the problem only occurs when the delivered application has been running for 45 minutes or so with the window hidden before trying to show it again.  If anyone has any ideas on where to begin with this, please let me know.  A partial backtrace of the error is below.
