toolbar blues

Hello

If I remove all the toolbar buttons in the podium (using the 
right menu), the toolbar pane disappear (LWw last version). 
However next time I start LW, the toolbar pane appears again, empty!
Same problem with the toolbar in the editor window.

Does someone know how to fix this?
