Question about delivery example in 4.4.5 Lispworks manual for Mac OS X

Folks,

   Has anyone successfully worked through the example of delivering the  
"hello-world" app under Mac OS X?  I am getting the following error:

;  Loading fasl file /Applications/LispWorks  
4.4.5/Library/lib/4-4-0-0/examples/configuration/macos-application- 
bundle.nfasl

Error: More than one package prefix after - (package KEYWORD).
   1 (continue) Try loading /Users/ipmonger/deliver.lisp again.
   2 Give up loading /Users/ipmonger/deliver.lisp.
   3 Try loading another file instead of /Users/ipmonger/deliver.lisp.
   4 (abort) Abort initialization.

Type :b for backtrace, :c <option number> to proceed,  or :? for other  
options
