Font used by CAPI:DISPLAY-MESSAGE etc

Is there a way for me to determine what font will be used when I call
CAPI:DISPLAY-MESSAGE, CAPI:PROMPT-FOR-CONFIRMATION etc?

When I have a message that has many lines of text, I want to truncate
it so that it fits on the screen.

In case it makes a difference: I'm on Windows.
