win32:dde-... and connection timeout

Hello lispworkers,

OT1H, win32:dde-connect does not have any timeout parameters.

OTOH, inspecting win32:dde-execute-command* discovers the timeout keyword
argument. Is this the timeout on the command passed or on the connect
operation?
