Package Nicknames

I recently downloaded the patches to upgrade my Lispworks Enterprise Edition to version 4.3.7. I noticed that the nicknames for the COMMON-LISP-USER package now only consist of "CL-USER". The nickname "USER" is no longer available. What happened?

Maybe that's because the nickname USER isn't mentioned in the ANSI
standard.
