CAPI available in the personal edition?

Folks,

   I've been working with the Lispworks Personal Edition for Mac OS X 
and I'm wondering if CAPI is available in this version or not.  I tried 
using a demo program but it didn't work and I'm not sure if that's 
because I didn't load everything right or if it's because it's just not 
supported.
