Ok, that works. Except upon connection attempt I get this:
Error: Foreign function ODBC-COMMON::SQLALLOCHANDLE-INT trying to call to
unresolved
external function "SQLAllocHandle".
Shared library problem?

The documentation in the LispWorks User Guide is inaccurate -
sorry. The correct value is well-hidden, in the manual page for
SQL:CONNECT. We'll improve this documentation.
