Actually, according to the 4.3.7 docs, native oracle is supported on
Unix/Linux, and not on Windows.

I'm not certain that LWL supports direct Oracle access. I'm aware that
LWW does directly support Oracle. You may want to try CLSQL
(http://clsql.b9.com) which is backwards compatible with CommonSQL and
has native Oracle support.
