Looking for a QA person

We're developing an exciting educational product in LispWorks, initially for the Macintosh, then Windows.  We need someone to work with us to develop a QA program for it, oversee testers, manage milestone releases, and handle any other QA or related activities.

We have work for at least 4 months, with likely extension.  We're located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Full or part time possible, flexible hours, flexible terms, etc.  We're looking for somebody with the ability to set up a QA program from scratch, comfortable in a small-company setting, self-motivated, responsible, not requiring supervision.  Familiarity with the Mac is required, some familiarity with Lisp would be a plus. The product's primary functionality is in its UI, so we're looking for somebody with experience in user interface QA issues.
