error when saving a file (OS X 10.3.2)

Hello,

I did generate the following error (added file) when saving a short 
file to the desktop.
(Mac OS X 10.3.2, iMac and LW Personal)
Not all savings generate an error, but there are often sitauations when 
I have to abondon LW.
