COM: Fixing the symbolic values of Enum tags.

Hi,

thanks to Jeff Caldwell I got the necessary hints about how to fix the 
enum tags in COM.  It may not be working correctly yet, but here it is.

Please comment on it and let me know if you see any possible problem 
with it.
