REVERSE-FIND-ATTRIBUTE

I was looking at the editor source with interest in creating an editor 
mode. The c-mode.lisp and a number of the other files in the editor 
source call REVERSE-FIND-ATTRIBUTE. But the compiler says this is 
undefined. Anyone know where to find it?
